Pandering to the New Consumer?

If it doesn’t – it should. Your website visitors want two things.
The first is that they want information about your product or service. The second is that that want that information really quickly.
Online shoppers today, whether they’re in B2B or B2C markets, all fall under the guise of the ‘new consumer’. Yes, the new consumer. It’s not a made up term. It’s a real thing!
The new consumer is more empowered than the old version and wants instant gratification. They don’t have the time or inclination to search around for what they need – they expect it to virtually fall into their laps.
If your website does not explicitly state what you do and where you do it, your bounce rate will be too high, and you’ll lose a potential customer. Here’s a quick check for you.
